Hey, I have a question....I don't own a bench press or any type of equipment, but I work out by doing push ups and I do different excersizes with dumbells. How well will that work with whey?

Which brand of Whey protein is he using here?I've been using MET-RX Protein Plus which contains both Whey and Casein. I picked it up at Trader Joe's (health store). The problem is that it has sucralose (Splenda). Should I discontinue using it?Thanks
