The people adding arguments against the information in this video do not seem to understand genetics. Triggers are built into our DNA which have evolved over millions of years to exist in a world with the seasons and days we still have today. If each of us could biologically adapt at a genetic level from birth then you wouldn't get roadkill! They would know all about traffic as part of their new "natural" environment automatically.

No the human body doesnt adapt to anything. The human mind can adapt to changing conditions but not the body. We are built to mainly intake proteins(21 feet of small intestines) not simple sugars and carbs. The body easily digest them cause thats the food that puts fat on your body. Summer berries and plants create sugars we used to eat them cause they would fatten us for winter times, now we eat them year round due to hot houses.

So your talking about adaption from the whole human race or each individual human? that doesnt make sense or logic. Whether you yourself are gonna adapt to it from birth or not. The individial human life span for 1 person is about 70-80yrs old at least in western life. But how does adaption apply only to ALL humans put together? Your existance clock starts from birth... HOW does the process of adaption happen? It happens though each individual person not as a whole. see how its not logical?

We lived without the light bulb for millions of years (OK Less than that, but you know what i'm getting at.) and we've adapted for that long. The light bulb is a new invention its only 200 years old. So we haven't fully adapted with the light bulb YET. So once we live with the light bulb longer than without it then we will have adapted. Other than that we will keep getting sicker.

Thing is that Caveman era/time period isnt "nature" or how nature intended humans to be. The "caveman" era is situational/circumstancial. Thats the way things were then due to they're own situation. Our bodys as humans adapt to our situation. Things are different now, so we adapt differently. What happened in the past and how people lives doesnt really matter for us now atm. We dont live in caves or are in the same situation as they were. We've adapted....

his videos are pretty good and pretty informative. not sure how i feel about this one, but its not just fat that makes you fat. cortisol, stress, and insulin resistance do play a large part in what makes you fat.if it was true that only fat makes you fat, then we Americans would all be thin. we eat less fat, and have more diet food today than ever before, but are larger than ever before.its not as simple as "fat makes you fat"

um there are lots of people perfectly fit that are under lights all day and i dont get how a light bulb sends signels to ur body because i get tired with my light on and if what your saying is true as long as im under my lightbulb i wont get tired cause my body automaticly knows its day? what ever book you read to find this out makes no sense ty have a nice day in your case night cause u keep ur lights off.... |
