i agree this really works. i use to run for like 20 to 50 mins!! and i was like.. ehh.When i did this.. fuck me!20 mins was worth like 2 hours of runningits great!.plus its more fun i personaly HATE! cardio but its an important fact with losing wieght.so i try to do as little as i can but with as much results!and this is ideal

bout 3 to 4 weeks in after 8 weeks ull see a huge difference but also diet is key dont forget if u eat a shitload and still think your gonna be burning fat your wrong throw in some weight sessions and use hit and u can pass as a fitness model

yeh you have to sprint but if your a beginner then do long cardio at 70% heart rate for one week to build up endurance and then get into the 30 sec full out sprint and one min break this will lay you out like a 3 dollar slut and maximum fat loss in 6 weeks ps you get hungary as fuk 2

he didnt sprint... in Arnel's Interval Training u have to SPRINT (very hard) for a minute... same to Vince's
