You have a point but you overlook individuals' metabolism. For example, I eat like 6-8 eggs, two-three pieces of bread, like 10-12 "tortillas", more than 200 gms. of meat, cookies, an apple, and other stuff and I can barely keep my weight!! If I eat less I start disappearing and look ill! I'm not ripped by no means but if I don't eat like this I think I would die. If my mom ate like this she would be 100kg.+. It's not the same for everyone.

this is a good tip... but i've a got a better one!instead of eating that peanut butter (200 kCal) have - 2 bananas, or- 2 apples, or- 1 yogurt, or- 2 eggs, or- anything for 200 kCalThat would be much better than a tiny little serving of peanut butter!

Eat low carbohydrates and low fat foods and eat high protean if your body building.. One good food is tuner fish as its got no carbs and fats and is high in protean..FAQ: The body burn's carbohydrates first before it starts to burn fat. So if you don't have carbs it will just start burning the fat faster. Train your body to burn fat not carbs and that's the secret to losing Fat..
